By accessing or placing an order through Faeb Store, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or services.
Orders & Payments
- All prices listed on Faeb Store are in Indian Rupees (₹) and exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Once an order is confirmed, resources such as domain registration, hosting setup, and service allocation begin immediately.
Service Scope
When you purchase a website package or digital service from Faeb Store, you receive:
- Domain registration (1st year free, unless otherwise specified)
- Hosting setup, SSL configuration, and platform installation
- Development of web pages as per the chosen package
- Basic on-page SEO, contact form, WhatsApp widget, and admin access
- Handover and limited post-delivery support (unless extended under a separate plan)
- Additional features beyond the selected package may incur extra charges.
- Hosting provided is only upto 15k to 20k page visits per month with reasonable usage.
- Free business emails have their own restrictions
- 1 GB Storage per email
- 100 email can be sent from each account per day
Delivery Timeline
- Standard delivery is within 7–10 business days after order confirmation and collection of necessary content.
- Delays caused by missing content, delayed responses, or complex functionality requests are not Faeb’s responsibility.
- Complex projects or feature-heavy websites may have longer timelines, which will be communicated during the onboarding process.
Refund Policy
- As mentioned in our Refund Policy, we do not offer refunds, as service resources are immediately booked and non-recoverable.
- However, in rare and exceptional cases, we may consider a partial or full refund if no significant work has begun. Reach out to contact@faeb.in within 24 hours of order placement for review.
Intellectual Property
- All content provided by the client (text, logos, images, etc.) remains their property.
- The website design and code developed by Faeb Store are licensed to the client upon full payment.
- We reserve the right to display anonymized screenshots of delivered websites in our portfolio unless requested otherwise.
Website Maintenance & Support
- Basic technical support is included during the delivery period.
- Ongoing updates, edits, and support are available via our maintenance plans or as paid add-on services.
- Clients are responsible for maintaining content, security, and backups if not covered under a managed service.
Uptime Guarantee
- Hosting plans provided through Faeb Store come with a 99% uptime guarantee.
- cPanel access is not included in the hosting panel to ensure security of servers.
- If your website experiences prolonged downtime due to hosting failure (not client-side or third-party related), a full refund for that billing cycle will be issued after “proved” assessment.
User Responsibilities
By using Faeb Store, you agree not to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or plagiarized content
- Use the website for fraudulent or malicious purposes
- Share admin access or credentials publicly
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse platform functionality
Violation of these rules may result in immediate service suspension without notice.
Third-Party Services
Some services (domains, hosting, analytics, emails) may involve third-party providers. Faeb Store is not liable for:
- Their performance, service downtime, or policy changes
- User disputes with payment gateways or registrars
- Delays caused by third-party API or service disruptions
